On saturday morning Lloyd,Sonny my dad and I were kicking back being broken.

Until my dad said eat some week bix . Yahoo we got a game I nagged and dance. Yum yum yum we were eating the week bix. Get in the car boys my dad shouted. So we got in the car. Yes yes yes I thought second time playing rugby for Taheke. In Moerewa all of my team were there waiting for me. We got out on the field I was breathing like a steam train.

“Go Tim and Sonny” my dad shouted!!! Me and Sonny done truck and trailer the biggest boy on the field. Boom seconds later my face was at my feet literally. When I got up I was as angry as a Bull but I still smiled. (Yes have time). The sun was beating down on me. Trying to breath with my sweat coming down my face like it was raining.

Back on the field. (Ready to smash) I was ready like the navy going to war. Brr the whistle went. I was smashing people. Minutes went past like seconds. Last minute noooooo another try down the jran. Brr the whistle went for full time. My team got ran over from a bulldozer.

Never forget this… Exciting Sore Fun day. The Dumb part was getting squashed . But it mad my dads day. So it made my day too.

I have been Reading BREATHLESS. It is written by BERNARD BECKETT. It is a fiction narrative.

                                                                                           This book is about a boy who has Asthma and he has a hard time to play. And his dream was to play in the finals but on the training he had to go to the hospital. It was the day for the game.  And he went on an adventure with his friends after the game.

I learnt that you have to take care of your friends no matter what. In the story his friends take care of him.

I learnt if you have asthma it is good to not play when you have asthma but work it out.
